In mid-September, we gathered once again in Dallas for SIA CWS Summit North America. While the location was a familiar one, the event once again offered high-quality sessions, ample networking opportunities, engaging conversations, and a bit of fun along the way.
However, there’s no denying that this year also marked a new chapter for VectorVMS. Our presence at CWS was about more than just maintaining the status quo: it was about showcasing the exciting transformations happening within our company.
Our New Branding: The Buzz Begins
One of the most noticeable changes was our new branding. The team proudly introduced our fresh new look by wearing bright-green shirts. The vibrant color not only helped us spot each other easily but also made us stand out to event attendees. “Isn’t that the Pixid logo?” was a question we heard frequently, sparking conversations about our recent acquisition by the Pixid Group and what that means for our future.
Before the big day, we ran a LinkedIn raffle, offering a range of exciting prizes including an iPad and an Amazon Gift Card. The interest around the raffle helped maintain engagement leading up to the event and further fueled the buzz around our new branding.
During the event, we gave away t-shirts featuring our new logo, which were a hit with attendees. Even the chocolates we brought along added an extra layer of sweetness to the event.
Beyond the aesthetics, our new branding is about signaling the future of VectorVMS. It’s not just a new logo, it’s a visual representation of where we’re headed as a company—a future focused on innovation, collaboration, and growth. The feedback we received from event visitors reflected their excitement about these changes and our evolving strategy.

New Dashboard Prototypes: A Sneak Peek into Our Product Future
Another highlight from the event was our new dashboard prototypes. Attendees were eager to get a first look, and their enthusiasm was contagious. The sleek design and user-friendly interface showcased our investment in the product and the people who use it.
What stood out most to attendees was the accessibility of the data. They loved how intuitive the dashboard felt, with key analytics available at their fingertips the moment they logged in. The ability to customize these dashboards for individual roles added to the excitement—our partners were particularly keen on the configurable elements, seeing the potential for enhancing their clients’ experience.
These dashboards exemplify what we’re working toward: personalized, actionable insights delivered through a tool our clients trust. This prototype is just one step in our ongoing commitment to innovation, and we’re excited to roll it out to our existing clients and new prospects soon.

Irene’s Roundtable: Exploring Co-Employment and Tenure Policy
One of the hottest topics at this year’s event was co-employment, and Irene’s roundtable discussion dove deep into some of the key questions surrounding it.
Tenure policy, in particular, was a focal point, and participants explored myths and facts in great detail. The roundtable shed light on the real risks surrounding co-employment—misclassification of the extended workforce being a significant concern for most organizations.
Other important topics included:
- Whether companies are using tenure policies and, if so, how they’re implementing them.
- Strategies for communicating with legal teams about the balance of risk versus success when managing tenure policy.
- The ongoing challenge of gaining IT support for tenure policies and overcoming the fear of losing resources, a concern often amplified by vendor influence.
- Effective management of Statements of Work (SOW) to reduce misclassification risks.
- How Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Vendor Management Systems (VMSs) can support co-employment management and reduce the high costs associated with misclassification.
- The importance of collaboration between departments and how to use technology to mitigate risks and improve co-employment management.
