Total Talent DEI: A Holistic Approach to Workforce Diversity
With the growth in the extended workforce, it’s becoming increasingly important for organizations to be able to determine the current diversity status of their non-full-time workforce. According to Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2023 Workforce Solutions Buyer Survey, while only 35% of respondents have their contingent workforce program aligned with their diversity goals, 50% of respondents in the Americas wish to explore this seriously within the next two years.
