Fred Weygandt applies over 30 years’ experience in talent acquisition and talent management to his role in support of VectorVMS MSP partners and direct clients across North America.
Throughout his 20 years with VectorVMS and its predecessor organizations, Fred has developed an in-depth understanding of customer needs and trends in vendor management, contingent workforce programs, workforce compliance and diversity, staffing, and recruiting.
He collaborates closely with clients and partners to ensure maximum value from their investment in vendor management technology. His efforts yield client opportunity and growth and forge mutually successful, long-term relationships.
Before joining VectorVMS, Fred spent 12 years in business development and operational management for regional, national, and global staffing firms.
