Tim has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Working in a wide range of environments, he has learned to appreciate an agile, iterative approach to engineering.
Having started his career in technical support, Tim believes in maintaining a strong connection to the client-facing team in order to deliver the best possible user experience. At VectorVMS, Tim’s team proactively ensures a direct line of communication with account managers to facilitate quick answers for their clients.
